have ya have ya?? they are pretty cool!!

life has been great around the suitcase lately. i'd say i haven't travelled much lately but i just returned from a quick trip to calgary canada.

i'd been to quebec before but i was a youngun then and don't remember much. calgary was fun. i didn't see much, it was more important to me to spend time with the boy than visiting the tourist spots. no worries, i'll get back to canada and see the sights soon - this trip was pleasure before business!

it was cold. i'll tell you that much - and this is july! it was 8C (around 40F) one morning. 8C in summer are you kidding me??? it's been hovering about 40C (100F) for over a month now here in texas. if i had a pair of balls i would've frozen them off!!

so back to llt and whats been happening here... well i've been doing a lot of research on RSS feeds and learning about them and how to bring them to the site... there's still a lot of work to be done, but NEW AND EXCITING you can now get updates to this blog in your news reader. here's the feed: http://lostluggage.blogspot.com/atom.xml

okay okay i know i promised i'd write more often. i have been slack lately but i've been preoccupied with the forums.

you see, we've completely revamped and redone the forums. its been a lot of work but we love the new results and hope you do too! make sure you register and check out the boards.

i've been trying my hardest to put posts up and spur conversation, but we need your input as well! cheers!!

other than that i'm getting ready to go to calgary for a week. never been there before so this will be exciting. flying direct which will make it easier. hopefully the weather will be nice - then again anything will be better than the heat of texas. its been around 44C or 112F out. thats hot man!!

well i didn't have to work tonight which is something new. i've been working my ass off lately, but i've made heaps of cash which is nice. i'll be able to truly enjoy my vacation eh?

off to bed i am. want to have a decent day tomorrow. will try to write more if you promise to check out the forums!!
